Shindy stresses that supplements aren’t miracles, but he still takes L-glutamine, omega-3 and magnesium daily. He uses creatine in eight-week cycles to maintain muscle volume while cutting his body-fat percentage to about 12 percent for show prep. Cheat meals are allowed once a week, but only if he’s completed at least four training sessions. His personal highlight: a classic pizza Margherita, which he enjoys “without regrets.”
During the interview, the artist also discusses the mental side. Regular meditation before studio sessions helps him achieve lyrical clarity, and a structured meal plan prevents the cravings that used to disrupt his workflow. His takeaway: exercise and diet are now just as important as rhymes and beats because they supply the energy for tours, video shoots and long nights in the studio.
