The first few minutes of the video show the groom, totally unsuspecting, being picked up at home by his friends. The moment he opens the door, they’re standing there with a costume, a sash and a tray full of shots. Right in the kitchen the first glass is downed, before everyone piles into a lovingly decorated van. Inside, the friends explain the day’s game plan: multiple challenges, lots of alcohol and a final destination that will remain secret until the very end. Even on the highway loud music sets a party mood, and every fifteen minutes the groom has to complete a new task—getting passers-by to sing along, posting embarrassing selfies, and so on.

In the next section they reach the first stop, an outdoor setup with XXL foosball and human-sized soccer. The groom and best men play against each other while the rest of the crew has to toast every time a goal is scored. Drone cameras capture the action from above, cutting quickly between laughter, fan chants and the occasional spilled drink. After the match a barbecue buffet is waiting; here the bachelor receives his second outfit—a garishly colorful unicorn onesie—that he must wear for the rest of the evening.

The afternoon is dedicated to a pub crawl through the old town. Armed with custom-printed bingo cards, the guys earn points by convincing strangers’ tables to drink with them, persuading a bachelorette party into a group photo or forcing the groom to sing karaoke for a crate of beer. Between stops, quick montages show their rising alcohol level: beer showers, conga-line shots and the recurring “hangover siren” that wails after every completed challenge. The friends stress that everything is running under the motto “Team Bride vs. Team Hangover.”

Toward evening the scene shifts to the surprise highlight: a stretch Hummer that drives them to a private rooftop venue. On board there’s champagne, confetti cannons and a spontaneous strip-TikTok the group posts live. Once upstairs, DJ buddy Marc is waiting with a heavy sound system, string lights and a personalized neon sign reading “Basti’s Last Night Of Freedom.” As the sun sets, the guys give an emotional speech, reviving shared anecdotes from childhood, college and flat-share days—the mood swings between tears and roaring laughter.

The video ends on a cliff-hanger: just before the night really kicks off, the camera fades to the visibly tipsy groom being kissed by an oversized flamingo pool toy. A caption announces, “Part 2 – Tomorrow at 6:00 p.m.” Viewers will have to wait until the next episode to see how the evening ends, which challenges remain and whether the groom gets the hangover of the century
