In this video titled 'LIFTING A CAR WITH SUPER GLUE (yes, really)', the team takes on a bit of a crazy challenge: lifting a car with just a few points of super glue. The idea is to see if advertisers are right or not in their commercials.

Advertisements, we see them everywhere, all the time, and they have become an integral part of our daily lives since the very first advertisement printed in an English newspaper in 1660. Advertisements for toothpaste, phones, cars, snacks, toys, and even super glue. Selling a car is easy, but selling super glue is a different story. Cheating is not an option, otherwise it's a guaranteed lawsuit, so one must be creative and come up with original ideas.

Advertisements for super glue can be both fun and impressive. Some create quirky situations that find their solution thanks to the famous ultra-strong glue. Others stage spectacular and sometimes completely crazy tests to demonstrate the product's effectiveness.

In this video, the team decides to reproduce the classic 'man stuck to the ceiling' experiment, where a person ends up hanging upside down, held by a few points of ultra-strong glue on their shoes. Unfortunately, the initial attempts end in failure, as the shoes do not hold under the weight of the suspended person.

After unsuccessful attempts, the team decides to retry the experiment with new shoes, once again applying glue points on the soles. Unfortunately, even with new tries, the shoes eventually give way, leaving bits of sole on the wooden planks.

Ultimately, despite efforts to replicate the advertisement and lift the car with super glue, the team has to resign themselves to the fact that the challenge is a failure. The shoes do not adhere enough to the ceiling to support such weight. Perhaps the choice of shoes was not right, or perhaps the advertisement is just a tad exaggerated.

So, what can we take away from all this? Maybe sometimes advertisements for super glue are a bit too good to be true. But at least the team tried the experiment and humorously shared the results of their trials. And as they say, it's by trying that we learn, even if sometimes we end up hanging from the ceiling unable to lift a car!
