For the big finale in Los Angeles, I reunited with my long-lost food brother Hiroki Senpai to plunder a local all-you-can-eat restaurant. Before that, we had a little arm-wrestling sparring round with Magic Mike at Venice Beach. However, training-wise, today was only a relaxed pump session with the Czech Boys because the weight selection at Muscle Beach was a bit limited - but still, it was a great workout and we got a solid pump.
