We have released new content where our General Director and General Producer directly respond to many of the comments and feedback we’ve received from our users.

The eFootball™ team will continue to review all kinds of improvements while taking into account the feedback provided by users.
We will also steadily attend to the following matters that were not discussed in the eFootball™ CONNECT: Spotlight Interview broadcast from 4 February.

① Unauthorised Acquisition or Dissemination of Game Data
Unauthorised access of a server operated by KONAMI and unauthorised acquisition or dissemination of confidential in-game data are actions that violate the Terms of Use for this game.
Such actions may also violate the applicable laws of your country or region (such as the Act on the Prohibition of Unauthorized Computer Access in Japan).
In the event that an illicit act is discovered, we will enforce strict punishments such as the following measures, as required.
・ Temporary or permanent suspension of the eFootball™ game account involved in that act
・ Ban on participation in official eSports competitions
・ Legal action
Please note that the dissemination of data acquired through unauthorised means is also an action that violates the Terms of Use.
We are currently implementing system improvements aimed at preventing the unauthorised access of in-game data.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that we can maintain a safe environment where all users can play with peace of mind.

② Smart Assist
We added the Smart Assist feature so that more users, including beginners, can easily experience the fun and exhilaration of eFootball™ matches.
We are currently receiving wide-ranging feedback from users regarding Smart Assist, and we will continue to look into further updates.
From the summer of 2026, we are planning to test PvP matches that will allow users to limit matchmaking to whoever is playing with Smart Assist turned either on or off.
We will continue to examine ways to build an ideal environment that allows all users to enjoy themselves freely, whether playing with or without Smart Assist. We would greatly appreciate it if you could continue to share your feedback to meet this aim.
