In the video 'My End' by 7vs.Wild, a lot happens! It starts with me looking at my dirty fingernails - I was eliminated on day 8 from Season 4 of Heaven Vers Wild. Despite this, I am diligently drinking cranberry juice as I have a bladder infection that has really knocked me off course. My thoughts are still with the people who are still in the competition, and it's hard for me to talk about all this as it's emotionally touching. I had hoped to make it the full 14 days, but my health had other plans.

A highlight in the video is my unconventional clothing style - I was only wearing leggings instead of two pants, as it allowed the warmth of the fire to come through better. This led to many questions, but it was simply necessary for me. I had the wrong equipment with me, but still, I'm proud that I managed to endure at least for 8 days in the wilderness. I had zero preparation, even expected to be eliminated on the first day, yet the ambition held me captive in the series like never before.

In the 8 days, I had to drink river water, go without food, and even deal with my menstrual cycle. Women understand how difficult it must be to take care of yourself in such circumstances. It was an intense experience that I will never forget, and I lost almost 10 kg in the process! It was a challenge that I initially couldn't accept, but ultimately it made me proud.

The gratitude I felt during that time was overwhelming. I am thankful for my life, my family, my friends, and all the conveniences that I often overlook in daily life. It was a journey of self-discovery that showed me what my body is capable of and how proud I can be of it. It was simply an incredible experience that opened my eyes.

The video ends with thanks to the group that supported me and a look towards the future. Despite all the challenges and hardships, I am grateful for this experience. It was tough, but it has propelled me forward and shown me what I am capable of. I have stepped out of my comfort zone and emerged stronger from it.
