RUN AWAY FROM THE NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE! (Hello Neighbor IRL 3 with Inoxtag)

This video has been trending in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg
The video opens with a quick recap of the first two installments of Hello Neighbor IRL: Inoxtag and his friends have already tried to sneak into the “neighbor’s” house to gather clues, but this time the goal is to escape with all the evidence they’ve collected without getting caught. After a lightning-fast briefing, the team gears up—walkie-talkies, body cams, headlamps, and disguises to fool the neighbor. Tension is high from the very start; the house is now rigged with extra traps (motion sensors, squeaky tape, makeshift alarms) and the neighbor prowls constantly, ready to pounce.
The first incursion takes place at night. Inoxtag handles the diversion in the yard, deliberately triggering a light sensor to draw the neighbor’s attention while the others slip in through the basement. The plan quickly falls apart: an alarm goes off, the neighbor rushes in, and everyone retreats in a panic. Even so, the team manages to map the new traps and spots three keys they’ll need to unlock the back door—their only way out.
The second attempt is more methodical. The team splits up: two members stay outside to track the neighbor’s movements via walkie-talkie, while Inoxtag and an accomplice quietly enter the ground floor. In the kitchen they find the first key under a false drawer bottom, then fish out the second upstairs behind a booby-trapped painting that sets off a screeching scarecrow. The neighbor bursts in, sparking a chase down the hallway and a heart-stopping moment when Inoxtag ducks into a closet at the last second. The pounding GoPro footage ratchets up the tension, and the adrenaline-fueled screams pull viewers right in.
After forty minutes of cat-and-mouse, the third key is finally recovered in the attic, hidden beneath a hatch. The entire team regroups in the living room to head for the back door, but the neighbor blocks the main exit. In a collective burst of action, they topple a bookcase to create a smoke screen (literally—a smoke-grenade cartridge is hidden in the set), fling open the door just in time, and sprint outside. The body-cam delivers a breathless single take: players vault the fence, race across the yard in the dark, and dive into the car waiting at the gate.
Once safe, the YouTubers give a rapid-fire debrief from the car. Inoxtag emphasizes how much tougher this third episode was and thanks the community for its enthusiasm. He already teases a potential, even more elaborate Hello Neighbor IRL 4, featuring a better-armed neighbor and an expanded map. The video ends with the usual thank-yous, a reminder to like and subscribe, and slow-motion highlights of the most nerve-racking escape moments—letting the adrenaline linger right up to the final seconds
